Rubber draught excluder contained in casing and trapdoor with 20mm
insulation prevents loss of heat and draught.
Floor-to-ceiling heights up to 2850mm
12 treads as standard.
Model DHFL1 has a 370mm wide ladder and the modelDHFL2 has a 400mm wide ladder.
83mm deep non-slip treads for extra security.
Hidden trapdoor hinges make it easy to paint, varnish or clad the trapdoor.
Casing and trapdoor with a rebate for extra tight closing.
Easy operation, spring assisted - delivered with push/pull rod made of wood.
Quick and Easy installation - fully assembled and ready to install.
Unique robustness: Tested according to EN 14975. Test Load 265 kg,
